The Wonderful Communities of Lansbrook

Community

Lansbrook is a sanctuary in the most densely populated county in Florida with its homes containing large lawns and pools, as well as community parks and trails, which make this an ideal place to live.

One of Tampa Bay’s best neighborhoods

Lansbrook has 1,800 homes in a park-like setting between the Brooker Creek Preserve, an 8,700 acre complex of forest, watershed, hiking and equestrian trails, and the spring fed waters of lovely Lake Tarpon, the largest lake in Pinellas County.

Designed with recreation in mind

Recreation

Dozens of miles of trails and walks. There are small parks within Lansbrook, and big county parks, such as John A. Chesnut County Park and Brooker Creek Preserve, adjoin Lansbrook. Lake Tarpon is a boating delight and easily accessible by use of our residents-only boat ramp and dock. We provide facilities for basketball, soccer, and volleyball, as well as playgrounds for our residents, and golf and tennis are within walking distance. Lightly traveled roads and courteous drivers have made Lansbrook a biking destination.

Wildlife abound!

Wildlife

You will find numerous species of birds and tropical plants that never fail to delight. Deer are a common site, along with armadillos, osprey, egrets, ibis, wood storks, great blue herons, red shouldered hawks, and roseate spoonbills. From late October to April you will occasionally see bald eagles, which nest around Lake Tarpon.
