Juniper Bay (Phase IV) is a deed-restricted neighborhood that is a part of the Lansbrook Master Association (LMA). We are a diverse group of people from young families to retirees. Several of the homes have views of Lake Tarpon and the nature preserve while many back onto landscaped retention ponds that attract wildlife such as deer, herons, turtles, and more. We even have eagles, owls, and osprey nesting in our area!

Homes in the community are walking distance to the Lansbrook Commons Park with its well-maintained soccer fields (adults and youths), volleyball courts, pickleball area, and play equipment; only slightly further away is the Lansbrook Lake Front Park which has a boat ramp, docks, picnic tables, walking trails, and more.

Public schools in our area are highly rated and there is the option of good private schools.
