Lynnwood

Lynnwood is a deed-restricted community in Lansbrook consisting of 139 one and two-story homes. Residents range in age from young families to retirees. Many homes have views of ponds or protected conservations areas. Lynnwood can be especially attractive to young families because of its proximity to East Lake Middle School (ELMS). It’s thought that all eligible students (see disclaimer below) have been admitted to ELMS as a result of “proximity”. ELMS is one of the top-performing middle schools in the state of Florida.

Proximity does not apply to incoming 7th or 8th grade students. Admission rules are subject to change by Pinellas County Schools without notice.
